We would highly recommend Shark Pools because customer service is 5 stars. They were here every step of the way making sure measurements were exact. Really impressed on how efficient every phone call and text was answered promptly. Before calling Shark Pools I had attempted contacting several other companies to get the job done and no one responded back. Shark Pools answered the phone on my first call and was here the next day with estimate. That’s how trusted business should be done! Joe is very experienced and knowledgeable when it comes to pools. We appreciate his expertise and were educated on several pool facts and tips. The man knows Pools! The pool liner seems to be made very well which made our older pool look so pretty and brand new. The only problem I had was picking out the liner as so many designs made it hard to choose. The workmanship was wonderful, but several other things impressed me. He and his associate, Larry personally drove out to our house to look at the pool and talk about the liner replacement (others would just quote on the phone without seeing the pool). Joe always called back when I left messages and was not pushy after discussing cost. When we settled on a liner, he and Larry came out to the house and spent hours getting exact measurements, and explained the process. He handled everything (others wanted me to arrange water refill. When Joe left our home, the pool was full of water and looked beautiful. The pool area was left very clean. All debris and old liner was taken away from site. I highly recommend Shark Pools . My pool had been neglected for about 15 years, and it was to say the least, a huge challenge. The pool was in such bad shape, there were even trees growing in it and huge frogs and toads had made it their home. The liner and pool cover had fallen to the floor. It was a mess. Joe accepted the challenge and the results were amazing. Joe is a perfectionist, he wants his customers to be happy with his service and I am one happy customer. From the start of the project through the end, it was seamless to me but Joe and his team worked relentlessly, always showing up as expected, never leaving without cleaning up for the day, explaining the process as he went, meticulous about measurements, giving recommendations (for example, he recommended we replace the light in the pool and I’m glad we did), finishing before expected and finally turning the worst looking pit into a beautiful pool. It never seated right and caused additional damage. This time, we found Shark Pools on Home Advisor, and had him come out to give us a quote. We were and are extremely impressed with not only the cost, but also with the attention detail, service after the sale, and above all, quality of the work done!!!!!! Our pool is beautiful and we know that it will last for years! We also know that should we have any questions or concerns, that Joe will take care of us! He also stands behind his workmanship!!!! We opened our pool just before Memorial Day to discover the liner had sprung a leak resulting in almost complete water loss and the necessity of replacing the liner. Others we contacted before Shark Pools advised it would be mid-June or later before they could get to us. We found Shark Pools through Home Advisor. Joe answered immediately, yes he could help us right away. Joe came out the next day measured for the new liner, ordered the liner, it arrived within a week. Joe and his helpers arrived on time, removed and bagged up the old liner, installed the new liner, new skimmer and jet plates. We can’t thank Joe enough for his speedy, and expert service.
